    On June 24 2023, I allowed meineke car care center to look at my car and fix all leaks and my overheating. I also bought a brand new battery and water pump, serpentine belt and also my spark plugs changed, and a tune up. Now my oil was never leaking but they messed with the oil coolant and now my car leaks oil, and they never fix the overheating and the spark plugs are bad and my battery which they charged 300 dollars has a dead cell. I don't understand why they did what they did. Even though I have a warranty they seem like they do want to be bothered by me and I'm scared that they might do something else to my vehicle. Could you please help me to get some type of reimbursement back because this is not fair at all THE battery was 300 dollars. Look at it

    The battery was tested during our inspection and found to be faulty.

    You were quoted for a replacement battery and given the cost to install and replace, which you approved and paid for.

    We do not see how this is an issue

    Car was brought in on 11/16/2022 due to a service alert received. Prior to bringing the vehicle to them we had the alert identified by one of the auto parts stores. Another issue was identified that was resolved in the same day, but it took 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil change that most places take a half hour at most. Then the manager discounted our concerns for the initial reason the vehicle was brought to them only to later say that the part had to be ordered and that it was a five hour repair. This feels like a way for this company to go after the warranty company for as much as possible while causing me to lose income while I have to wait for the repairs to be completed. When I called to check on the repairs and if the part had arrived he was very aggressive and rude with me over the phone and stated that he is now refusing the repairs that have already been authorized by the warranty company. I just want my vehicle repaired in a timely manner and done without any incidents or damage due to the managers rudeness.

    The customer dropped off the car, we looked at the issues. It needed dealer parts she approved. We called the warranty company and they approved us to order the parts.

    We ordered with an eta of 3-5 *********** needed to be shipped to the dealership. She became irate and called daily cursing and using foul language with ***** - the Store Manager.

    We explained multiple times that we could not finish the car until we had the parts in hand and updated her daily as to the status of the repair and parts.

    She continued to call and berate ***** - the Store Manager. ***** updated the warranty company when they called us and gave them info on the issues we were having.

    The customer picked up the car and declined the repairs. The warranty company called us to see what happened after she picked up and told us they understand the issue with the customer and that it was ok if we wanted to decline to work with them.
