    ***************, the owner of ****** *********************************************** Service, threatened me last night through text messages after he threw a temper tantrum about work that was scheduled at my home.***'s employee, ****, was scheduled to install piping to connect my foundation drip line to my sprinkler system. I asked **** if he was going to contact 811 and he said it wasn't necessary. I called 811 and an agent told me that it is illegal to not "call before you dig". I brought this up to ***, and he said that I am a "pain in the ass". He thinks that it's annoying to not break the law, because he is trash.

    I did not threaten him. I repeatedly asked him to stop contacting me, but he continue to.
