    ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS *** DID NOT DO THERE JOB PROPERLY WHICH LITERALLY LED THEM TO TRYING TO RAILROAD MONEY OUT OF ME OVER 100$ EACH TIME JUST TO FEED MY SON AND NOW PREGNANT WIFE. THEN LET ME GET TO THE GOOD PART, NOT ONLY IS THE SUPERVISOR VERY RUDE AN BLATANTLY LIED (Ms.********* ********** with BKV) & SAID SHE WAS LOOKING UP OPTIONS TO HELP WHEN I HUNG UP ON HER AFTER LITERALLY ASKING "IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO FOR ME" SHE PROCEEDED TO SAY "IM SORRY BUT WE HAVE TO GET THE 103.." BUT WHEN I CALL BACK TO COMPLAIN ON HER AND I GET FORCED TO SPEAK TO HER AGAIN B/C SHE WAS THE ONLY SUPERVISOR, SHE SWORE SHE WAS ABOUT TO CALL ME BACK AFTER SHE LOOKED AT HER OPTIONS. HERE'S THE CHERRY, AFTER LOOKING IN MY EMAIL THEY SLID A BRAND NEW CCD NOBODY EVER TOLD ME INTO THIS DISCONNECTION NOTICE STATING I COULD STILL BE DISCONNECTED BEFORE THE DISCONNECTION DUE DATE DUE TO A PRIOR BALANCE FROM ANOTHER NOTICE. SO EVEN THO I PAID SOMETHING TWO WEEKS AGO, I HAVE MY ELECTRIC DISCONNECTED B/C OF SOMETHING I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF.

    We understand your concern about receiving a bill that was supposed to be adjusted.  Due to an error at the time of enrollment an inadvertent gain request was submitted to ERCOT to have the incorrect address (enrolled by Power Wizard) sent back to the previous provider.  Once this process was complete the previous provider agreed to accept the address back but there were still 2 days of usage that needed to be billed for.  Our customer service department cancelled these usage charges, prematurely, and that is what caused a system issue, in June, in which the bill was regenerated and sent to you. We want to assure you that the balance has been adjusted to zero, the account is closed, and nothing will be sent to collections.  At BKV Energy we are committed to fair prices, simple plans, and transparent communication.  We hope that this response eases your concern and reinstills confidence in BKV Energy.
