    In August of 2023 a 2 representatives of Solar Kings came to sell us Solar Pannels. We accepted it with the promise of a loan attached to the Pannels. The loan was for 20,000$. They have yet to pay us the money they owe us and they keep making excuses. They sent a mass email with their clients information stating that goodleap hadnt paid them, however we contacted goodleap and was told that wasnt true. Now when we reach out to Solar Kings we get no response. We are paying for something we dont have. Weve read of other people that got scammed as well.

    I have a contract with Solar Kings for 25 years. Solar Kings is supposed to make sure my panels are functional and producing the correct amount of energy for the life of the contract. I paid the company $25000 to install and maintain the Solar panels at my property. The federal government gave me a return of app. $7500. I have fully paid everything. Most if not all other people that I know that have panels have the capability to check for themselves if the panels are functioning properly. I have never been given that ability. I asked for it and was told that a pice of the equipment is broken and needs to be replaced. ***************************, the project manager, told me that they were going to make a warranty claim and replace the piece of equipment. It's been more than 6 months and nothing has happened. I have been calling and my calls don't get answered and if they do ******************** is never available. The only way for me to know if my panels are not working is to keep an eye on my electric bills. And from my current situation if something is wrong they will not answer my calls to get them to fix the problem. This is not the only issue I have had with this company about their warranty. At the beginning of the installation of the panels they made damage to my roof during the installation and omitted taking responsibility for the damages. This business is doing everything they can to avoid fulfilling the contract I have with them.

    Contract for solar panels allowed for a cash incentive to be released by the company when solar panels were activated with money to be repaid by me within 17 months or the monthly payment of solar panels would increase. Contract amount to be received by me was $26,000. It has been 7 months and the they still owe me $13,250. I have been trying to work with the owners and have been told multiple excuses as to why they havent released the money, and now rarely do they answer my phone calls or text messages. I am responsible to pay this money back to the lender with interest. So basically Im responsible to pay money back I have not received from them. This company has also given me post dated checks that have come back returned with insufficient funds.
