    I finance a set of wheels/ tires/ and a lift kit for my vehicle at DIRT LOGICS on March 8, 2025. Talk to ****** (owner of business) I was told everything was going to get ordered and The expectation was set 7-10 days. After 10 days that past i never received a call from them so I decide to call the business my self. This was March 20 and this is when the problem started happening I called and was told that a tire and lift kit was still shipping. I let another week past and not answer or update from them so I call again, was told To get an answer back, never happend. After that, numerous calls have been made to the business and Alonzos personal phone number and same story day after day, week after week. Its been 7 weeks like this and havent had my stuff installed on my vehicle and I have already made payments on stuff I still dont even have. First excuse - tire and lift kit still shipping 03/18/25 Second excuse - there was a problem with lift kit makers and parts had to be send back 03/27/25 On 04/1/25 call was made and never not an answer On 04/2/25 another call was made and he never got back to me again On 04/04/25 numerous called made and was told he would call me back with and answer and never did On 04/09/25 again numerous calls where made and never got back with an answer Third excuse - he said he never noticed vehicle was not 4x4 and he order parts for a 4x4 04/11/25 On April 11 I tried to just get my money back for that lift kit and have him install only tires and rims, because according to ****** he had those already. I contact my Financer and they said it was okay they just had to get approval from ****** to cancel the lift kit, he said NO because supposedly he order it already. Today April 17 I called the lift kit company and said they have everything for my vehicle in stock and no parts have been sent back for no recall. I asked how long they take to ship they said no more than 7 days. Its been very frustrating and stressful
