      I do not stand liable with GOLD STAR FI, they guaranteed time on approving my application and assisting me get a loan to pay off other personal debt and lied about it. I did not sign anything stating my application depends on my credit.

      Keep calling me at least 4-5 times a day to offer me a loan. This last time I answered the area code was 513 from the **********, ** area, but their offices are in *****.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding multiple unauthorized accounts on my credit report, which are the result of identity theft. These actions were taken without my consent and constitute a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), specifically under 15 U.S.C. 1692f.These unauthorized accounts have severely impacted my credit score and personal reputation, constituting defamation of character. Below is a list of unauthorized accounts that need to be suppressed immediately, as detailed in the attached document.If these unauthorized accounts are not suppressed immediately, I will be forced to initiate legal proceedings against the creditors and credit bureaus responsible for this defamation and violation of my consumer rights under the **** and FDCPA.I request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure no further unauthorized actions are taken against my credit report.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

      The District Manager here, ***************************************, uses deceptive and illegal collections practices as well as manipulating applications for loans

      I need a detailed arrangement with this company which refuses at every cost to work with me. We got a settlement from insurance and with what has happened in the pandemic it has caused more past due bills that are just impossible to catch up. They have even showed up at the house un announced to talk to us. The insurance settlement was not even mine to touch it belonged to my roommate. So I just need an arrangement or refinance that will work for me. And I know that if they want to they can.
