    On February 10, 2023 krestmark sent installers to replace two windows under warranty. The installers left the trim around the windows unfinished due to them not having the proper fitting trim. I was heavily advised by them not to place any pressure on the windows since there is a possibility of them falling out of place without that trim. While inspecting the glass the installers also noticed deep scratches on one of the windows which they advised me to contact krestmark to replace that window. My concern is I have tried to get in contact with krestmark via phone and email but I cannot seem to get any help or feedback on this issue. All I would like is to have this defective window and trim replaced..

    On 12/7/2022 I spoke to Ms. Barbara at K******* windows to schedule an appointment for a window tech to come out on 12/9/ 2022 to inspect the left front window facing the house for leaks. The window tech arrived approximately around 9am to inspect my window. Upon inspecting the window the tech pressed into the window casing and he pressed a hole into the casing. The tech took picture of the hole and explained to me that he could not fix the hole and that the office would call to reschedule for him to return to replace the window. On 12/14 I called Krestmark to follow up on rescheduling the appointment. I talked to Michelle and she told me that they were not going to replace the window after the tech admitted to damaging the casing. After waiting an hour for her to call me back to which she never did, I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to Kurt "the supervisor" who proceeded to tell me that the tech said that the hole was already there when it wasn't. Mind you on Dec. 9th the day the tech came out it was raining. Kurt who was very rude and obnoxious wouldnt even listen to my plight; he blatantly called me a liar and told me that they were not going to fix the window that their company damaged. I wasnt offered a discount nor any resolution other than a cost would incur if they came out to do the repairs. According to my paper work The window is still under warranty.
