The business responded to me via email but refuses to actually address my complaints with a justifiable solution or reason as to why my car was illegally towedersation. I recorded the call for my records. I also have proof of registering my vehicle prior to parking, along with documentation of the property and signs indicating that my vehicle should not have been liable for towing.I request a thorough review of this incident and a prompt resolution. Vehicles with visitor permits are strictly prohibited from parking in carports or directly in front of garages. Any vehicle found in violation of this policy is subject to towing at the owner's expense. In the case under review, the complainant acknowledged that their vehicle was parked in front of a garage, thereby breaching the established parking regulations. Consequently, the towing action was warranted, and a refund is not applicable.
Parking policies are clearly outlined and provided to all leaseholders as part of their rental agreement. It is the responsibility of each leaseholder to ensure that their guests are informed of and comply with these parking regulations.

I am rejecting this response because they still will not address the fact that the property has no labeled visitor parking whatsoever and I was towed during business hours which is prohibited in the leaseholder tow agreement and i wasnt just parked in front of a garage. I was targeted because my car was registered and its my dads garage but im over the matter. Its in the Lords hands, what is done is done.Business Response

As of March 4, 2025 I hady vehicle towed by H4 Towing. I immediately made a comment in an email to them about the situation. I emailed two different emails a total of four times about the situation with zero response. I called the business number to speak with someone on the situation I was given a run around two times saying I just missed management. The third time I was informed management never comes in to my surprise. Now I cannot get any assistance from anyone, person or through email about the damages to my vehicle that is still giving my difficulties with my job.Business Response

On another note, was a damage claim submitted regarding the alleged damages? If so, could you please provide the email address from which the complaint was sent?
We reviewed the email address provided in the complaint and did not find any emails received regarding a tow or any reported damages sent to management.

My apartments Tides at *********************** use H4 towing. I pay monthly for a parking spot and was told anytime someone is in my spot to get in touch with the towing company and they will remove the vehicle. I called yesterday around 9 and advised I was attempting to do a space call but due to them not coming from the last space call it was saying the call was already active. She told me to text which I did an no one came. This is the second time so I will also be going to the apartments about my grievances. When I first moved over here they used to tow. Now they dont even do there job over here in our apartments anymore.Business Response

On 11/17/2024 I was parked in a Bisitor parking spot, registered my vehicle and it was towed at 3a.m. Saturday morning the following day!I backed into this parking spot & believe the front of the vehicle covered the barely seen word stating it was a Visitor parking space.I want to be reimbursed for this fraudulent action by this company.This company refuses to show us the picture they claim they took before towing.We had to make the payment since every day it stays impounded costs more! Car got towed when both my cars have been registered since I moved in. They dont notify you they just take your car and leave. Also whoever is on the phone and talks to customers talks like trash and no professionalism. This is a terrible towing company. Why my apt complex stays with them is beyond me. On Wednesday October 30, 2024. My car 2019 ******* ****** Black was towed from Mirabel Apartments due to not being registered. I've lived here for 2 weeks I've relocated to a new city. Trying to get information on why and how this happened if for 2 weeks I have not been towed. When I called *** and ****** were very rude unhelpful and treated me like I was a criminal. I was trying to explain how I did register with the complex and they said it was an legal tow and im not registered. I got hunged up on multiple times trying to get information and I had to call from my other number and once they figured out it was me again from the same car I was hung up on again and put on hold and sent to voicemail. I had to create a ****** number just to get through to receive acceptable payment information and the number to the tow. ******** is the manager they gave me and provided an email that responded to me as if I was putting in an application to register which lead me to here since it was the wrong information.Business Response

I am here after your tow truck towed away my red 2024 ******* Elantra car, at The **************************, *********************************************************/ ***** on Saturday August 10/2024 around 9pm.. My car was parked in the established area, the person I was visiting had entered the vehicle data since 6:30 pm, without understanding what happened, we proceeded to remove our car from the yards where you left it. Later we went home without realizing until the next day that the car had a hole in the bottom, the thick plastic that covers the car was damaged on the right side.. I have sent you an email and a quote for the damage to the car and I still haven't gotten a response. I hope to hear about what happened and find a timely solution to cover the damage caused by your crane and its driver. My fianc and I are residents at ***** on *******. Last night, 08/15/2024, H4 Towing towed my fianc's REGISTERED vehicle. Upon contacting H4 every representative we spoke to was either rude or dismissive and overall unhelpful on all fronts. This includes interrupting and talking over us and just flat out ending the phone call while we were still speaking and provided us with none of their names nor their manager's name. This lead up to us having to drive to a random tow yard at 2:00 AM. This is absolutely unacceptable and we expect to be reimbursed for this invalid tow.Business Response

At about 6:05 AM on August 1, 2024 I went out to the parking garage located at my apartment complex **** ** ****** ***** ******* ** **** **** ** ******* ** *****. Walking to where my car had been parked on L1 of the garage, I noticed that my vehicle was no longer there and proceeded to call the police before being informed that my car had been towed due to lack of permit. I had previously registered my car with the company before entering the state of TX and the lease starting. Attached I will be supplying the license plate as well as screenshots of email correspondence with the company. When calling the company I was informed that at some point after my correspondence the license plate number used for my car was changed from “**** **” to “**** **” which is neither my plate number, nor a number I ever provided the company. I understand everyone makes mistakes though this one has caused me great stress and inconvenience. I just ask that the plate be corrected in the system and the $175.58 fee, see attached receipt, associated with the towing be reimbursed since I had properly completed all paperwork and it was not my error which caused this towing.
