      Atlantic ***************** engaged in conduct I believe constitutes extortion, blackmail, illegal vehicle towing, and baseless dog fines. These actions were compounded by a pattern of unjustified late fee accumulation and outright refusal to communicate or reconcile.Despite filing a police report and attempting to resolve the matter in person, local *** representatives avoided all accountability and refused to return the thousands of dollars in fees and costs I incurred due to their behavior. All communications were ignored, and no reimbursement has been ******* response, I have initiated a group for individuals affected by similar misconduct, as Ive since learned that many others have experienced the same abusive practices.       My mother has an issue with her condo that is managed by ********** and she is not receiving proper communication or assistance in remedying this potential ***** hazardous situation. She is not being provided with the information indicating what the management company covers. Thousands of dollars are billed to these residents for this company to support the management of these properties yet points of contact are almost impossible to find and once located, they have to wait weeks to hear even the slightest bit of information back. This is unacceptable and I hope someone at a management or leadership level can address the negligence of their staff. I would relay it myself but again, its impossible to locate contact information for these people.

      I am under the ************** of The Prescott Companies, which is an Associa company. This company has an abysmal accounting department, and the president of the company, initials P.S., ignores emails/inquiries about issues. Recently, half the homeowners in our complex in Allied Gardens were double charged their *** **** because ******** can't make a calendar and overlapped a month of the new HOA fees with the old ones, because the old calendar was made for 13 months of billing. Incredible work. When this was brought to their attention, they decided that it was impossible to do refunds to our bank accounts, even though they pull directly from them for dues, and went through with physical checks. Then four of us were left out of the initial refunds for seemingly no reason, and our checks had to be printed and mailed from out of state. This resulted in receiving a refund 38 days after being double charged. In the meantime, ******** had no issue with mailing me a bill exactly on time for my next month of *** ****. When I reached out to the president, I received a boilerplate apology, with the promise that they will "make it right" with me, but they denied my request for a discount on my next month of dues and ignored my request for a payment of interest on the loan that they took out from me without my authorization. The president ignored my inquiry about how they will "make it right". I assume they hadn't thought that far forward and would hope I just went away after I received their apology they had ChatGPT write for them. The only person who has any kind of decency and interest in clearing up matters is our HOA manager, initials A.G., who actually genuinely cares and attempts to resolve homeowner issues, and tried everything he could to resolve this for me and the other tenants. Unfortunately, he was unable to do much because ******** is incompetent.

      My name is *** ********* I live at ****************** ********* managed by *******************. On January 13th,2024 my Heat went off. It was working intermittently on for 24+ hours off for approx. 2.5 hours. Calling ****** emergency # at 4:20 P.M, **** ****** the maintenance man showed up about 7:55 P.M. After being off for over 24 Hours my heat had gone back on at 7:40 **** was there 3minutes saw it was working, and left B-4 I could get down there. It was -13 degrees I went to bed at 9 and woke up at 12PM shacking violently. Calling ******** ****** (**** Manager) she stated 2 days in a row, "If **** says it's working it's working" and hung up. thinking if I got the opinion from a professional, they would fix it, I got 2 Honeywell, they tried to Jump start the system and it would not start. and a local HVAC (*****) who said the Zone valve needed to be replaced **** didn't seem to realize what intermittently meant and kept insisting it was working. I was forced to go to small claims court at the first appearance the Court Comm ***** told me the **** Attorney told him ****** could not be on the complaint, not a decision maker and if I didn't remove her, he would toss my case exparte ************ members told me she was urging them not to pay this. At the next court appearance ****** blurted out "I'm the one who said that I couldn't be on this, not our Attorney, our attorney was not involved in this case I'm the one who had that conversation with Comm. *****" (Again would be exparte conversation.) At the trial **** ****** (**** employee) under oath started lying my Condo President ***** ******* sat next to him Knew he was lying and didn't say a word. He knew because he had the 2 documents from Gross heating and Honeywell Resideo. I had these as evidence but didn't Sopena the contractor, thinking my evidence was overwhelming with the 3 people in my Condo and would have testified, no heat. The **** Pres. and V.P. had this info and sent or watched their people lie.

      This has to be the shadiest entity on the planet on both sides. Excuse my language but this s*** is getting to a point where I dont have any other options but to consult with a lawyer or an attorney to make somebody anybody to respond to my questions and concerns! 2 months with no response of waivers that a board member assured me would be taken care of at once and almost 2 weeks from my formal complaint regarding all this ********. If neither blue mountain or the *** is not going to follow policy or their obligations then why should I? Ironically communication is the first section of the house rules which if you couldnt tell mean **** s*** I submitted my *** fee waiver request on 1/30, and since its been over a month and almost 2 months since request was posted with no response, I just wanted to check if it somehow disappeared into a black hole. Or maybe theres a secret review process that takes an indefinite amount of time? We posted this request on 1/13, submitted waiver on 1/30 and havent gotten a reply or confirmation telling is it would be resolved by Makana. Either someones on a power trip or someone is trying to get some sort of reaction out of me well here it is! As youve seen Ive made multiple attempts to spark some kind of communication between us and zip! As you continue to post dues and fees that are not correct I will continue to pay the minimum amount and nothing more thats posted. All this was last seen by management on 2/24, very professional right? Grown a pair and do your job! ******************* only thing youve seemed to manage is ******* people off and making life hard and miserable for hard working families! Its been a month! It should not take this long. As you can see Im not the only homeowner fed up with the ethics of this company

      They never send invoice via mail even though I am NOT opt out for paperless. And, then they charge late fees when they finally smell do voice in certified mail and charge handling fee. Also They charge $15 to pay fees online. $15! I am willing to pay a few dollars, but that's outrageous. *** barely does nothing and just being favor of board members.

      It is impossible to get anyone to return a call or respond to issues, they state theyll get back to you within 72 business hours or 9 days which they dont. Using there service scams money out of condo owners as they provide no customer service.

      Thanks for the response. I hope this comment is true, but highly doubt it. I've voiced the concern loud and clear on multiple occasions to the Surrey office since December 22, 2024. The lack of reconciliation has led me to file a CRT claim in their Small Claims jurisdiction. This seems to be the only way I'll get answers to the following questions:(1) Did **** ******, Licenced Strata Manager, receive my wife's voicemails on November 22 & 26, 2024? (a) If so, what did he do in response, and when? (b) If not, did he follow up on my wife's email prior, dated November 15? How & when?(2) Did anyone end up calling back my wife? Has anyone ever apologized?

      **************************- *************** and ******* ***** have been beyond unhelpful in getting the *** HUD/FHA approved so that more sales could happen in their condominium. No matter how many times we try to explain that HUD will not take the same documents they keep sending they keep sending the same stuff and then when they're supposedly going to send documents, they go ghost. Extremely unhelpful, just because the property management is switching companies does NOT mean you stop doing your job. Then when i asked for a correction on the questionnaire that we PAID to have completed they wanted another $300 for a revision on the form. How does that make any sense, we already paid on top of a rush fee and now you want more money without providing any of the documents we are asking for. Truly the WORST management company experience ever.

      This is the worse management company I have ever dealt with. Texas doesn't care either. Woke up to brown water. My plumber was out and said obviously work was done in the community and caused this. ******* called the plumber and they said no this couldn't have happened. ******* called me back saying someone in our building had a problem. Case closed. Employees don't have a clue what they are doing.
