      I am filing this complaint regarding Berrett Pest Control for deceptive business practices and poor service. When I initially contacted the company, I was verbally informed that I was signing up for a 2-month service plan. However, I later discovered that I had unknowingly been placed into a 6-month contract, which was never clearly explained or disclosed during our *************** addition to the misleading terms, the treatment applied by Berrett Pest Control was completely ineffective. The technician sprayed a solution that did not repel or exterminate the bugs as promised. Despite bringing this to their attention and requesting a resolution or refund, I was denied a refund and received no meaningful customer support.The overall experience was unprofessional, misleading, and ultimately a waste of money. I am requesting that Berrett Pest Control issue a full refund and correct their advertising and sales practices to prevent other consumers from being misled in the same way.

      Berrett pest control has done a great job with our pest control issues. ******* was incredibly helpful and quick to respond and fix some issues that we were having. Highly recommend them and their team.
