On October 10, 2023, BBB reviewed a pattern of consumer complaints regarding Seedorock. Specifically, the complaints allege that Seedorock:
~ does not advertise nor notify to consumer that books sold by Seedorock are e-books/digital books/PDF files instead of hard copies;
~ Seedorock ignores customer service requests;
~ moreover, that Seedorock refuses refunds to consumers.On October 10, 2023, BBB sent Seedorock correspondence requesting the company's voluntary cooperation to respond to BBB's request for information.
As of November 2, 2023, Seedorock has not responded to BBB correspondence.In general, BBB recommends consumers use caution before purchasing any items from this business entity online as we have not yet confirmed this to be a legitimate business or operation.
