    Hi ******,

The company (UEMC) has not yet reached out to me regarding this matter, but Im glad the credit bureaus have removed the report from my credit history after they realized its a fraudulent company.

Thank you so much for your help and effort to reach out on my behalf.

I appreciate the work you do to put companies like this in check for fraudulent practices.

    Sincerely,

    Oluwasanmi Aderibigbe
ed an independent Realtor who confirmed the land's actual value, further evidencing the breach of trust and false valuation. On June 19, 2024, I notified UEMC and Double Diamond of the fraudulent activity, requesting a response within 10 business days. After the deadline passed on July 8, 2024, I received a letter on July 9, 2024, stating they stopped electronic withdrawals and directed me to use check payments sent to an unrelated address. This suspicious move reinforces my claim of their fraudulent practices.I kindly ask that this report should be removed from my credit history to prevent further damage to my credit. As a part of your investigation, please feel free to call the realtor- ************* and also the *************************** for confirmation.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,
