"ONCOR IS A COMPLETE **** OFF THE ARE PRICE GUAGING CUSTOMERS LEFT AND RIGHT EXPECALLY OLDER CUSTOMERS MY 82YR OLD GREAT AUNT HAS HAD TWO DIFFERENT ENTERGY COMPANIES WITH IN THE LAST YEAR BECAUSE FROM THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER THUR MARCH HER ELECTRIC BILL GOES UPP A HUNDRED DOLLARS EVERY MONTH FROM NOVEMBER THRU MARCH IT STARTED FROM 90$ A MONTH ALL YEAR UNTIL NOVEMBER/DECEMBER IT WAS 120$ DECEMBER/JANUARY 190$ AND NOW FROM JANUARY/FEBUARY 2025 HER ELECTRIC BILL IS 285$ SHE IS THE ONLY PERSON THAT LIVES IN HER APARTMENT AND SHE DO NOT TOUCH HER THERMOSTATE (IT IS CONTROLLED BY ONCOR AND SO IS HER METOR) SO WHEN THEY READ IT IT HAS ALL THESE OUTRAGIOUS KILO ***** READINGS SAYING SHE USED A EXTREME AMOUNT OF ELECTRICITY AND I CALL BULL ON THAT BECAUSE I KNOW THAT SHE IS NOT RUNNING HER **** *** LIKE THAT OR USING THAT KIND OF ELECTRICITY SHE IS 82YEARS OLD AND IT IS ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS." ...
