    I truly dont like sharing a bad experience with businesses trying to earn a living like the rest of us. Ive learned to move on from businesses when they dont treat their customers right, however today I experienced something that anyone thinking of supporting this dealership and their employees should really reconsider. I worked with *** online sales **** ***** ****** Sale *** and ******* ***** all of Gullo Toyota. Long story short we agreed to a price and I obtained my own financing. I told ***** I was on my way as we discussed to retrieve to truck for the agreed price. Im driving from *********** to ****** which is a 3 hour 30 mins drive. I get an hour away and ***** calls to tell me another manager sold the truck I agreed to purchase from under my nose. Im confused because early ***** said he pulled the truck off the lot so no one could get to and his manager approved it to get p***ared for me. ***** said it was nothing he or his managers could do about it. ***** knew so how could someone sale the truck when it was taken for me to purchase. Like I said 2 hours and 30 mins into the drive I got a call saying it was sold. If it was taking off the lot and off the market how does anyone get the opportunity to see it for purchase. This is shady practice by ***** ****** and his management team. No integrity to keep a deal no morals to apologize and no respect for others time. I would never and I mean never go consider this company for a new or used vehicle. As a deal is not a deal to them its whoever offers the most the fastest. I would not recommend Gullo and definitely not ***** ****** to a drowning fish. So disappointed and I feel so disrespected and humiliated by this team. Please if you know what I know stay away from this shady team. They do not conduct business in a professional manner. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

    Do not take your car here for service.
    I’ve given this dealership three chances. Each time I came back, the experience got worse. And to top it off, they hide their bad reviews.
    First Visit – Oil Change & Tire Rotation
    ? No issues + free car wash
    Second Visit – Oil Change & Tire Rotation
    ? Car wash not working – no big deal.
    ? Told they might break a lug nut trying to remove it… even though they were the last ones to rotate my tires just 5,000 miles ago.
    ? They broke the lug nut – fine, these things happen – but then charged me $150 to fix it?
    Third Visit – Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Parking Brake Adjustment
    ? My parking brake wouldn't hold the truck on a hill or while idling. Two options: a $90 adjustment (which might fix it) or a $160 diagnosis. If it just needed an adjustment, they’d only charge the $90. I agreed to the $160 diagnosis.
    ? Took over 4 hours from 9 AM to 1 PM for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake adjustment. OK, maybe they were super busy.
    ? Optional free car wash? Another hour of waiting – no thanks.
    ? Received a fancy video inspection where Jared said the adjustment didn’t work and that I needed to pay $1,215.27 to replace the cable. No thanks, I’ll check it myself. Turns out—the adjustment worked. They still charged me the full $160 diagnosis fee, even though all they did was adjust it.
    ? Discovered my hood release lever wasn't properly connected. They offered to "fix" it for $107.89. The part? A $4 clip that takes 5 minutes and no tools to replace. Were they replacing the entire hood latch assembly or taking an hour to do it? No explanation.
    ? Now, my truck is leaking oil on my driveway for the first time ever. Makes me wonder—does their "free car wash" just clean up the mess their techs leave behind or it it really leaking?
    ? They didn’t even replace my windshield service reminder. Maybe they don’t want me to come back.

    At first it was a pretty good experience. But this last time was just plain rude/annoying. I called earlier in the day about a recall on my truck asking if I should set an appointment. I was told that if I wanted to ok but if I came later that day I would get right in. So I came a couple of hours later. Waited and waited. No one came to talk to me. I went looking. It was 3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon there was maybe 5 people in the waiting room with me. When I finally tracked someone down they then told me it wouldn't get done that day because they had 150 people in front of me. I mean really "150 people". Needless to say I left and took my truck someplace else

    When I arrived at Gullo Toyota on time for a scheduled 5 pm service, I was the only customer in the Service Department. I walked up and down the row of service stations but none of the techs would look up from their desks. I stood a while and waited. It was a rather awkward delay before one of them acknowledged me. When I told him about my scheduled 5 pm oil change, he couldn’t find any record of it. So, I showed him my confirmation text. He still wasn’t able to confirm the appointment. Conroe is about 45 minutes from home, so I was relieved when he told me they would still work on my car. I sat down in the waiting area. After the usual wait time, no service tech came out with an update. I walked around the vacant department to find someone. To my amazement, the only tech on duty couldn’t confirm my vehicle was even on the premises. Then she said, “If your car is ready the paperwork should be with the cashier.” So, I walked over to the cashier. There, I was again told there was no record of any maintenance on my car that day. “Go back to the service department.” I bit my lip and started walking back where I just came from. Suddenly the Service tech showed up and handed the missing paperwork to the cashier. The $69.95 fee included a free tire rotation and an inspection, but the staff only gave a copy of the billing statement. Usually I receive a 2 page color-coded diagram describing the inspection results. I had no idea if the inspection found any issues or if an inspection was even done. I ended up calling the next day to find that out. Hopefully it’s evident by now I did not have a good experience. I wouldn’t be honest if I said I could recommend Gullo Toyota. Although I purchased a service from them, I felt uncomfortable most of the time on the premises and hardly welcome at all. Two of the staff in the waiting area and one helper in the dealership were even antagonistic. Not sure if they were just having a bad day or if this was typical demeanor for them. Ouch.

    Pésimo servicio, cambian el aceite y no el filtro, cobraron por filtro de aire y de a/c cabina y no los instalaron, estoy decepcionado y no encuentro que hacer.
    No solo a sido a mi, sino a todo aquel que no revise su vehículo
    Cambiaron en otro de mis vehículos los sensores de presión y el problema continua.


    Terrible service, they change the oil and not the filter, they charged for the cabin air and a/c filter and they didn't install them, I'm disappointed and I can't find what to do. It has not only been to me, but to everyone who does not check their vehicle. The pressure sensors were changed in another of my vehicles and the problem continues.
