"I purchased two leather chairs off their **** website that were listed as 100 percent real leather and when I received the chairs, it took me all of 4 hours to determine they were fake due to the polyurethane backing on the material. I emailed this company to get my money back and return the chairs and they told me it was my responsibility to pay for return shipping of an estimated 500 dollars, and also the chairs had to be specially packaged and I needed to go purchase special expensive boxes and prepare the chairs and have them ready for pick-up on a day they decided, and if I did not facilitate both these contingencies, they would not accept the return and would not refund me my money." ...
