On May 10, 2024, BBB contacted the business after receiving complaints regarding allegations from consumers regarding a lack of clear and conspicuous disclosure of a 12-month membership and automatic renewal from consumers alleging they are unknowingly signing up for and experiencing difficulties canceling their membership.
BBB Code of Advertising states any advertisement for a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide consumers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option feature.
BBB requested Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park to make the disclosure of their negative option more pronounced on their website. Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park discontinued the pop-up advertising the claim but is still receiving complaints regarding consumers' difficulties canceling their membership.

"As a membership holder our visit took a turn for the worse at this Southlake location when my son went to try to receive his complementary pizza, we went to the concession stand for his complimentary pizza. After the young man taking his order he abruptly walked away without explanation, another staff member came out to take his order, When I inquired about my son’s pizza, I was told the pizza dough had an issue, and he could only have popcorn." ...
