- Additional Info:In July 2015 BBB was alerted to concerning situations between the business principal and outside sales associates. Concurrently, BBB viewed concerning online social media posts about the business, most of which were related to sales practices and consumer complaints. Shortly after, BBB began to receive steady consumer complaints. BBB established a pattern of complaints regarding this business, including consumer claims of unethical business practices, dishonesty, service issues, contract issues, etc. BBB has made, and continues to make, attempts to reach out to the business in an effort to provide assistance to the business in resolving consumer complaints as well as follow-up training on business ethics.
