    ****** *******hase by me at *** all record show what was wrong with this car after going back to the dealership within 30 days making them aware of everything that was going on the dealership said that they will get back to me they never got back to me I ended up spending over 1500 dollars on parts and labor to fix the car I would like all my money back I have all the parts from the car in at home so if anybody wants to review the parts these are the original parts that came with the car so they match the *** number I already checked so these are the parts that were directly put on the car from assembly I have them in there broken just like I told them from the very beginning after talking to the manager the manager opting me out of the car by trading it but he would not give me my full value of the car that I paid for it. I just want my $1,500 that I paid for parts and labor to have the car actually fixed the vehicle still need to break job as well and I want them to fix the brakes on the car.

    This vehicle was sold as is. This car is safe to drive. Brake pads passed safety inspection. No refund will be issued.

    I purchased a car on 1/2/25. The car was delivered to me and I signed all of the paperwork. I will attach the copies that I received via email. I have not received the original copies that I need to register the car and pay taxes. I have spoken with the salesman ******* ******** multiple times and he has tried to help. I've sent emails and texts trying to get this resolved. My courthouse will not accept electronic copies of the paperwork. My temporary tags have already expired. They did send a new tag, but the problem is still not resolved. I need help in getting my original paperwork, so I can pay the taxes on this car and get it registered.

    I was charged for a service that was not needed because I paid for the same service the last time I had my car there called and they were going to get back with me and never heard back the amount was ******* and they remeburst ****** the date was November 26th

    I purchased a pre-certified Mercedes GLE-350 on June 14 2024 had the car three days and had to return it due to the air conditioning not working. They kept the vehicle from June 17-July 25 while repairing it. They returned it and I drove it for a few days and reported the noise in the rear of the vehicle. I was then told it needed front brakes, a rear shock, a batter and two new tires. None of which would be covered under the warranty purchased. This vehicle was not inspected to meet the standards of ******** pre certification standards. I returned the vehicle and they gave me less than I purchased it for. They also refused to refund the prepaid service.
