"I called lodging to book a hotel with a Jacuzzi included in the room, I spoke to the lodging agent named ******** helping with the booking, I had found a room at the ************* in ********* for the cost showing on the web. after confirming the availability of the room, I asked the agent to make sure the room was available with the Jacuzzi inside, she clearly said the room did have it and it was included with the cost i was paying for the night stay; once i got to the hotel, they gave me a regular room." ...
