    I called this company to fix or replace my septic system. The owner, ***************************, said he could do it but it would cost about $9000. He replaced the septic in October 2021 & issued a year warranty or guarantee. We were still having septic fumes but he insisted it was only leftover smell from dirt. About 6 months in the fill dirt started sinking so I called him. He said he would come out & check it & made an appointment. He didn't show. I called he was apologetic & rescheduled. * missed that appointment as well. This happened 3 times. After that my calls went straight to voicemail. I called from a different number, he answered. He said he had to put me on hold for a minute & never came back. He did the same thing to a friend calling on my behalf. I continued to call & leave messages because I was warrantees for 1 year. The year ended in October 2022 with no return calls when I had been calling him for 6 months. We paid him $9000 to install the *************************** wouldn't even take our calls. Our septic is not been properly installed. It smells more with each passing month. It needed more dirt on top of installation I think but I'm not a septic specialist. I wouldn't recommend using this individual's company. Now I am going to end up paying another septic to fix what he did. I'm just out the $9000 or whatever the new company charges,
