"First to have the entire windshield bashed in like a I was in a horror film inside of the car wash to next having the arm that allows you through after you pay completely destroy my hood and to be told they wouldnt be fixing it even when two employees saw it happen about a foot away apologized for it happening and took photos for proof to pass to higher authority." ...
