    We rented a property from City Properties. The company failed to do repairs and routine maintenance. They installed a new dishwasher causing the back flow from dirty dishwater to go back in to our dishwasher. They had the a/c go out and havent repaired it and cancelled repairs. They sent us a renewal only to retract it and tell us to move so they can remodel. They continue to blame us for the demise of their property with no reason. They act childish and send disrespectful messages. Extremely unprofessional and poor living conditions.

    We've always responded to repair needs as they occur.  The dishwasher problem was caused by the tenants according to the technician that repaired it, as he showed me the garbage clogging up the sprayers. It's now working fine. The tenants have had multiple lease violations. They rarely pay their rent on time, and do not maintain the yard among other things.  They have been given 30 days notice to move, and will be receiving an eviction notice if their rent is not paid up by the 15th of this month.

    I am rejecting this response because: my social is ********* you guys know who I am. And every time I call I get a run around. I can't provide information on an account you closed. You promised almost 1 year ago that it would be 30 days to get my refund which never came. That's 11 months more now then it should have been.

    I had a checking account with you , and savings.i am owed 200 dollars. If I have to find proof, I have several letters from you closing my account but never sending the money back

    We have no idea who this person is and what she is referring to.  We have no record of correspondence or documentation of a transaction with this person.

    Please supply any relevant documentation of a transaction, receipt, copy of any emails, etc.

    To reiterate - we've never heard of you and have no idea what you're talking about.

    - We've never received a call from you nor have we received letters from you. 

    -We have no idea what refund you're talking about. This is a real estate company, we don't handle individual's accounts.

    -You need to provide the letters you say you have from us closing your account as "proof".
