      This was the most frustrating and painful process I have had to endure with a loan company in my entire life. From the beginning, it is clear that they do not care about the client. Once they have you, they won. Nothing in the process was fully explained. I did not have a specific person to talk to about the loan and just had to get who I could speak to when I called as I was never sure who to really ask for. If I was working with someone on something, they might suddenly be out on vacation, out to lunch, or some other reason and I was told I would get a call back.....which I hardly ever did and I would have to call them. Random requirements would suddenly be told me through the process and quite frequently when I would make progress with my remodel, I would submit somthing only to be told it was wrong, I needed other documents or paperwork, or that this time it was not going to be approved for a draw because of such and such reason. The inconsistencies in the draw and loan process are extremely frustrating that they just make it up as they go. One item took me over a month to get them what they wanted because they want to play God and dictate to you every small detail they feel you should do with your property. It is ridiculous. A rehab that should have been quick has taken me about 4.5 months, partially due to their incompetence. Out of all of the issues, the icing on the cake was them not able to get a loan payoff correct and it taking three attempts. All of the issues delayed things so much and cost me money in the long run overall. I honestly feel that it was done on purpose so that they could collect interest on the loan for a longer period and get more money. I dont have proof of it obviously, but I cannot think of any other reason for them to treat a client in such a way and make up ***** they go, other than to make it harder and take longer so they get more money. I would never recommend 212 loans to any person or investor. Save your money and sanity!
