    If I could leave zero stars I would. My apartment complex hired the company to update our AC systems. My complex had replaced my AC unit in September 2022. It was working great and I hadn't had any problems with it. Once 360 came in and "upgraded" the *** it froze the next day. I had maintenance come out and they fixed it. A day later it froze again. I talked to the maintenance guy and he had flush out an obstruction and refill the freon. My AC lasted a week and froze again. I have had maintenance come out 4 times in 3 weeks to fix an AC that was working perfectly. I spoke with other residents and their ACs have also needed repairs since 360 came to their apartments. DO NOT hire this company.
