"I received a email saying they were going to charge me $300, so I tried to cancel and they said since I was on free plan there was nothing to cancel- then I was charged any way they make it difficult to contact them- so after going through so many steps to connect to them I submitted a request for a refund- Im waiting to see if they are going to refund my $300it shouldnt take up to 20 days (they said depending on the bank. I would not recommend them."
