    The amount of unprofessionalism as well as incompetence the management team has on this property is appalling and unacceptable. As a previous resident, the continuous issues of apartment and property quality and safety is severe and their lack of resolution or even concern for it needs to be addressed. They fail to uphold their end of providing safe living environments and resources when it comes to tenants. They are unable to provide accurate information regarding lease brakes and leasing issues regarding domestic violence/domestic issues and dangerous living situations. They refused to step in when they have a legal responsibility to do so, they chose to stay neutral and then provided unprofessional commentary of youll have to stay and work it out and thats not our concern even after matters escalated with law enforcement being involved. Both move in and move out procedures were made to be difficult on their end. They provide false advertisement regarding in unit and property amenities. They also claim to have strict dog breed policies when multiple other tenants on the property have aggressive dogs resulting in multiple harmful interactions with other pets and owners. Management has taken no accountability for their wrong doings and has actually placed blame on its tenants when problems arise.
