On November, I went to Midas to get an oil change service on my 2016 Porsche Cayenne, I brought the oil and the oil filter with me from porsche dealer, porsche sells the filter with oil drain plug, I went with my wife to get the oil change done and we waited outside, they got done and we left, in 2 days the car starts giving me warning ( engine oil above the limits) I immediately called the shop and the owner answered and I asked him if they did the right amount of the oil or they could not drain the oil the right way, he immediately answered everything was right and they dont drain the oil they **** it out by machine, I drove there and had an argument about that, told him how he didnt drain it??!! He answered me with all Porsche dealerships **** it out!! I asked him how Porsche sells the drain plug with the filter then??!! And where is mine that I brought with the filter and the oil, he knew he was wrong and went to the Tech and asked him, The Tech said no we drained it!!! They tried to fix the oil level by draining it into pan and make sure its the right level, the car kept giving me issue about oil level !!! Before 15 days the check engine light went on and low oil message came on my dash, the engine starts sounds rough, I towed the car to certified mechanic I trust and after he inspected the vehicle showed that Midas tech damaged the engine filter cap that caused the leaks!! My engine now runs rough!!! Im seeking the shop to compensate fixing my car completely!!!

First customer brought their own oil and filer, and we just performed the oil change service. As mentioned on the invoice provide to the customer, there is no warranty if customer bring their own parts.
Second, customer brought the car back after we change the oil and complained that the oil ***** is too high. We show it to customer that oil ***** is a little above *** and is not an issue, but customer insisted to bring it to below *** ***** which we did.
Third customer call us after driving the car for over 4600 miles and claiming  oil filter gasket is damaged and oil ***** is low. According to the pictures provide by customer there is no oil light on due to low oil. Also if the oil filter gasket was damaged during initial oil change, this car will lose all oils within first 100 miles and not 4600 miles later.
Again as highlight on our invoice, customer MUST bring the car back to ********************** for any issues, but customer chooses to take the car to a Truck and Trail shop to make above accusation and while is there do the brake job.
    Therefore we disagree we customer.
