"door to door salesperson showed up in front of our offering landscaping services and artificial turf placement, we were introduced to mio homes at the time they were very pleasant, installation finished promptly but everything went bad after they did installation, part of the contract was to place artificial trees as we were led to believe they would be durable even against weather and perpetually look good and not wither, said trees broke piece by piece 1-2months later, it was hard to get a hold of the salesperson and eventually we reached a different person and was able to get the trees replaced, now the replacement artificial trees broke again after barely 1 week of placement and the original salesperson's number cant even be reached anymore as the number is not in service, very unproffesional of them to not even pick up after such a thing happened, they sure were quick to process payments and we havent missed a single one and have paid on time but when it comes to responses on the cheap product they gave us, its like begging them to just replace something that should be working in the 1st place. its been 3 months total since we signed the contract with them and now we are being ghosted, i would not recommend this business to anyone at this point in time or in the future."
