    Scott Marshall sold me termite control for 5 year. it was supposed to be a very good product for the termites in Tennessee, if they returned to any area in the home for a small fee he would retreat the area of the home, I did this instead of having him come every three months. the first year he returned to inspect the home no problem. This year however for over a month Scott has been making appointments either to cancel or just not show up and not call to cancel nothing...Scott uses the fact he is a deacon to sell his product he states his business is Faith based, I would not buy in to this, I know he said he was having trouble keeping workers but if he can't take care of his current customers he should not take on more! for this reason I wouldn't use Marshall Brothers for any project in my home

    Mrs ****** I apologize you feel like this the truth of the matter you live in an outline an outline area and it takes me about a half a day to get there and back . I understand your frustration and I apologize if you will give me a chance I will fix this and make it right with you . P.s I am not a deacon and never was but I do love the lord. Sometimes things happen but the issue with your account is not a moral issue and has nothing to do with church. I should have never sold the account being so far out I know that’s not your problem but mine and like I said if you will give me a chance I will make it right with you
