    STAY AWAY- If you are looking for a company who takes 2+ months to fix your HVAC, and an owner with a raging anger issue, this is the company for you! Absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. The lemonade stand down the road ran by 5 year olds has better customer service then this place. Initial visit on 08/20 in which they were at my house for all of 15 min (have video evidence) to preform “diagnostics”. In total they have been to my house 7 times 08/20, 09/03, 10/07, 10/15, 10/22, 10/24, and 10/25. FINALLY, on 10/25 the best tech this place has Jacob came out and got it up and running, he was courteous and timely- all around a great guy (we greatly appreciate you sir!!). I would say the customer service was bad, but frankly it was non-existent so at least they are consistent there. I had to call for EVERYTHING, “did you order the right part?” “you sure you will be out to fix it tomorrow” I had to cancel a work trip + take time off work on FIVE different occasions for this clown show. With a 10-month-old at home we had to purchase multiple AC Units, space heater, and a humidifier so he would be comfortable. This guy had the audacity to say my wife and I treated him like a “dog” and demand and apology (which seems to be his M.O reading other reviews, and luckily we recorded the phone call). My advice to YOU is to treat your customers with respect and do the job you know; you were hired to do. If anything, we were overly understanding and were never disrespectful (given we went through AHS), especially since others have mentioned you stop replying/completing the job all together if you’re called out on your BS (see the BBB reviews). If it weren’t for home warranty this company would be LONG gone, doubt they last much longer. Save your $$ and go elsewhere, they know my hands are tied since I didn’t technically hire them.

    I am not very impressed with this company. They have been very difficult to work with with my warranty company. When they installed my new HVAC machine, the machine broke. When you call to have work completed, it takes days to get someone to come out. They ordered a part for our HVAC machine, and they notified us on Monday that the part came in. They said they would get to us ASAP...it is now Wednesday and we still don't have a scheduled time for the company to fix our machine. When our home warranty runs out, they are not a company we will call. It should not take two months to get heat back in our house.

    After falling through my ceiling, no cost adjustments for the wild inconvenience were made. Full price. Then they hired someone so fix the ceiling. That person did a terrible job. Months go by and not a word. I called and texted and nothing. They then left tools in my garage during this time and then randomly called saying, “hey we need our tools” to which I said, “and I need my ceiling repaired. Come repair it and then take the tools.”
    They fell off the face of the earth for even longer.
    My AC unit then stopped working and it turns out they installed it incorrectly, broken numerous pieces, and did a terrible job through and through.
    Paid $750 to get it fixed and had my home warrenty reimbursement because they were the ones that sent them.
    They later texted that they needed the tools and I reiterated, “I’m around tomorrow. Come fix the ceiling and the the tools”
    Continued ghosting until they just showed up unannounced and it was apparent they how no intention of making anything right. They took the tools, my ceiling still looks bad. No reimbursement or making it right.
    All around 0/10 experience.
    We had a second ac unit go out and our warranty company said this was the only approved company to come repair it. We canceled the warranty and paid full price for a different company to do it right.

    We paid the tech to replace our water heater (that took them 2 weeks to put in after ours burst) and he has yet to fix the main issue which was a water pressure valve. Now we can’t use our hot water unless we turn it on each time. And we have to have a pipe out our back door so that it doesn’t leak into our garage when it is being used! Now he doesn’t respond to calls or texts and what we paid him for still isn’t fixed!!!! Terrible experience and horrible company!
