    I had a new ******* heat pump installed on Feb. 11 2022. yesterday on the hotest day so far this year it would not cool. I call Accurate and spoke with a woman. she said that when he gets home she would tell him. I called again and had a bad connection. a man voice was clearly on the phone. I called again hopping the connection would be better. The woman picked up saying that he was just getting out of work and again she would tell him.As of noon today I have not heard from him. I would never refer them to anyone. if you can't serve your costumers then get out of that line of work. if I could give them a 0 I would. that's just how I feel. I called another repair company.

    I'd give 0 stars if I could. We hired him to fix our a leak in our AC. Seemed to work the first day, though that also could have just been the weather being cooler. Definitely did not work past then. He dodged our calls to come look at it again. Had another guy check it out and not only had he not fixed the problem, he had left the unit a mess with exposed wires and missing plates. Pretty sure he just put some Freon in and called it a day. Would no recommend this place.
