Dillards Auto Service was hired to program two key fobs for my son’s car and was paid $300 upfront. He was paid to come to my residence to do the programming as well. I was given two key give but only one has worked. This is 7-8 months later I have had to track down this so called business man and I use that term very loosely. I have called him sent text messages Ben to his company. He has given me two additional key fobs to try, which did not work either. He said he was going to come by the house and he would call me and schedule a time which he did not do I tried to reach out to him by phone by text message by calling his business no response whatsoever, I finally sent a message for the third or four times saying I was coming by to get a refund because I was tired of dealing with this and it was obvious that he is not capable of doing the job he refuses to give a refund we need the additional key fobs anymore it has been 7 to 8 months later and the man still refuses to give me a refund after he verbally agreed not once but twice telling me to try these other two key fobs a couple of different times after he supposedly program them and told me if they didn’t work, he would refund me now he’s telling me that he will not in my opinion, he has stolen 150 which is half the money given him since I was only given one working key fob. He is not a man of his word. He is not a good businessman. He is not an upstanding man do not trust your any of your business with this man. He will try to come off as a very nice man in the beginning, but has been nothing of that since after the first night when he programmed the one key fob that worked, he doesn’t return calls. He doesn’t do what he say. He’s gonna do as far as scheduling or coming by to fix the problem, nor has he provided me with what I paid for And I’m supposed to be the one who is just out of luck that is not fair not only is it not fair it is not right. He basically stole $150 from me and refuses to give it back.
