    We went and looked at a house, it had a basement with a huge barn/garage type door that had no latches and was not blocked off, so someone could just come in freely. $75 per applicant over 18 (why cant the application just list all residents?....more money) Then you have to create a pet profile that costs money(even if you don't have a pet). You have to have all paperwork for the pet from their date of birth. This place is basically a scam, they keep re-listing on ****** so that it looks like it just came on the market so that people will be more inclined to apply. They're making money off of this house from the expensive application fees, not from renting the home, but you can't fight it because it's their right to deny anyone... or everyone.

    ** ********, we require all applicants 18+ to complete an application. We screen all our applicants for rental and criminal history and that is a hard cost that we must pay to our provider. We also use a third-party pet screening service and that fee goes directly to the third-party and not to our management company. According to our records you have never applied with us, so we have not approved or denied you. We are upfront with our policies before anyone completes an application. The only instance we 'relist' any vacant house is if an approved tenant changes their mind or the property becomes available again. We wish you the best with your search.

    Also, if there is no pet the pet screening does not cost anything. The cost is only to screen pets.
