      I think they are wonderful ppl, they go above an beyond to help those that are having issues like myself.
      I've never been to a dentist where I could be open annhinest with them like you can be with these ppl. The non judgemental character they have is something you don't find in others anymore.

      The worst dentist i have ever been too. They are rude and liars.
      Disorganized and makes excuses while being quick to tell you if you dont like it go somewhere else.
      On the phone customers they are just as rude . I feel worse for the elderly that is there because they feel like they cant go anywhere else and its true noone takes tn care so your stuck.

      Yesterday I had to take my husband to *** ****** **** ER (Nashville). We were fully expecting to be admitted but I went totally unprepared. I forgot my meds, toothbrush and paste. I had a dentist appt today at 2:30 at Dr. B*****. I leave my husband who needs me, make the hour & half drive to Smithville. I walk in the office & the friendly young lady who is working as receptionist checks me in. I then request a toothbrush and toothpaste because well...I have not brushed my teeth since yesterday morning (disgusting I know but it is what it is). The nice young lady immediately finds me a toothbrush but can not locate any toothpaste. So, she asks the office manager. The office manager replies to this young lady as follows: "I'm not worried about toothpaste. Toothpaste is not important. Let me show you what you need to be doing, that is important. You need to call this patient & schedule for such & such time & then you need to call this patient & schedule for such & such time. What is important is getting patients on the schedule so that we can get paid. Toothpaste is not important." The young lady comes, looks at me smiling but defeated. I told her I was sorry I even asked & sat down to wait...or to fume. Then a little senior man comes in for his 2:30 appt. Only his appt was for 12:30 he had read his card wrong. So, by this point my anger has got the best of me. I just walk up, tell the receptionist that the other lady had been so hateful to her that I didn't even want to be there any more, give my appointment to the man, & I walked out. I guess a paying customer, who is already in the office is not as important as a future paying customer...not sure how that works. With all that said, I love Dr. B*****, so does my husband, both of our children have been his patients. I hate he is losing business because of that hateful woman. If anyone knows the young lady, let her know she was doing a great job & deserves more respect than that office manager was showing her.
