  Run Away!! A company called LCI took our money and gave us a 1yr guarantee that our timeshare would be gone. Before the year was up, they re-named themselves to Last Resorts, voiding the guarantee. They sent our file to Switch It who does not provide updates unless we harass them and then it's just a "We're working on it". It's a scam. Too bad there's not a negative star rating.

  Be careful. The Last Resort reps lied to our face and misrepresented the process. Then, after taking our money, they ghosted us. No response to multiple calls and e-mails. Scam!

  This review is false. Our title company has been in touch with the client as recently as 9/23 about the status of his transfer and the issues (misunderstandings) he had with the process. This client also requested a “transfer hold” which meant an intentional delay in the transfer. His transfers are already approved with his resort and closing documents are to be received in the next 90 days. We will reach out to the client as we believed this was all understood in the last update given. Thanks

  Scammers and liars! If they tell you the sky is blue get it in writing. Still no contact from Last Resort to explain their misrepresentations.

  Do not sign up with them! My wife and I attended a time share exit presentation by Last Resort Consulting two months ago. The presenter told us the timeshare would legally be forced on to our kids and/or closest relative forever. We found out later that descendants can refuse to accept a timeshare that their name is not on the title. The anxiety and fear they created in us was intense. They showed charts with the fees increasing to more than $100,000 over 30 years. The presenter claimed hurricanes and other weather disasters can cause multiple thousand dollar extra assessment fees. My wife was recording the presentation and was told to stop. DO NOT give in to them! Reach out to Brian ****** at T** ********* ***** ***** **********

  Thank your for your review. I will address your claims. In reference to the timeshare going to your heirs, that is 100% up to your resort. Out of the 15,000 + timeshare owners we have helped, a percentage of them received an unwanted timeshare that they never purchased. "Hoping" the resort allows your heirs to refuse a timeshare is trusting the same company who lied to you when they sold you the timeshare. If you want real life examples of this, I will gladly put you in touch with these owners. Secondly, our teams show a real life projection of dues. With inflation, over 30 years, 100K is easily achievable if you have a large maintenance fee. We use the numbers provided by our potential clients, we do not generate those ourselves. Even if you number was 1/3 of what you provided, that's still another 30k you were going to be wasting. Most of our clients are able to exit for less than they will pay in the next 5-10 years. Getting free advice (not actually free as it requires a membership) doesn't alleviate you from your timeshare. You can watch youtube videos to attempt to repair your car, but most people hire a professional. This is the same with our company.
