    My experience with Tree Tops Resort in Gatlinburg is nothing short of a nightmare. What began as a seemingly simple timeshare transfer turned into a horrific financial trap engineered by manipulative sales representatives Richelle Jackson and Stephanie.
    Their sales pitch was a web of lies: promises of eliminating high maintenance fees, consolidating mortgages, and providing superior vacation options. In reality, they trapped us with TWO additional mortgage contracts, pushing our total to FIVE mortgages instead of reducing our financial burden.
    The so-called "title company" Liberty Consultations was a complete fraud. Despite paying thousands in fees and following their instructions meticulously, we received zero resolution. We've spent over $40,000 on payments and fees for timeshares we CANNOT EVEN USE.
    Every communication with Tree Tops has been a masterclass in evasion and deceit. Repeated excuses, unresponsive staff, and blatant misrepresentations have left us financially devastated and emotionally exhausted.
    Their unethical tactics go beyond mere poor service—this is calculated financial exploitation. We've been forced to stop payments and are preparing to file complaints with multiple state and federal consumer protection agencies.
