    My husband brought in his mail delivery vehicle for a replacement refurbished transmission. We paid in full, 6 months into the warranty the transmission had made several repeated visits with issues and blew up on the side of the road. We towed the car to the business and they let it sit on their yard for 5 months. During the majority of this time the office manager and business owners were blaming each other for mishandling the vehicle scheduling and stating logistics issues in moving the vehicle to Knoxville for programming that they couldn’t complete themselves. They then let us know that they were unable to fulfill the warranty as they faced audit from the supplier. All hope for us was lost once I used profanity in front of the owner, he was so shocked at my anger from my financial losses. It wasn’t even directed at him, but it was all he needed to tell me that he would no longer honor his agreements. It cost me another $800 to tow the car to a much more qualified and professional service. Gateway Ford, Greenville.
