  It's a shame that there are companies and individuals like this out there, that prey on unsuspecting individuals when the opportunity arrises. One of their drivers charged $150 plus taxes each to not tow my daughter's and her boyfriends car when they then were both sitting in my daughter's car waiting on a friend to arrive to meetup. Neither of the cars were hooked up at that moment to be considered a drop fee and wrecker was blocking both vehicles so they could not move. Being that the driver drove to that location and knew that if they moved they wouldn't make any money, the driver proceeded to let them know it was going to cost the said amount not to be towed and made a quick $300+. After our daughter told us what happened, my wife called the business up to discuss what had happened and was belittle by who ever she was on the phone with about the incident. That individual said what are you going to do about the way I make my money. KARMA is a thing and does come around. Individuals be aware of this company and know the type of people you are dealing with if they come to tow your vehicle.

  Extremely poor customer service. The dispatcher in June 2024 was horrifically rude and inappropriate in his promises to keep my vehicle and extort additional money. I had questioned his threats to me and he assured they were promises and not threats. Tow companies use their power and it's unfortunate that customer service is not a preferred business standard. I am reviewing the TN Towing Service Standards Manual to make my voice heard on this company.

  This company and the owner have been the most amazing asset to our community! We have used E & E for 4 plus tow’s and every time it is handled correctly and with the upmost respect and care! We will not use any other tow company. Mr. D*** we appreciate all you do for your customers and our community! You and your family are such wonderful people! Thank you for running a reputable company with such great values! Hard to come by these days!

  We were charge almost $500 for them to tow my truck less than 1 mile to my house. Their excuse was that the police called them out so they "HAVE" to charge so much. The cop told me that since I was just having it towed to my house it was no longer a police thing. I guess E&E doesn't think that way. *******  towed a truck from Mt Juliet to Springfield for $375. This place is a rip off!!! $500 for less than a mile away what a joke of a business.

  My nephew had his vehicle towed by them for a wreck. They charged him an extra $150.00 administration fee they said was collected by the cops at the scene. We have owned wreckers for 25 years until retirement and have never heard a thing. We now have the regulatory commission and sheriff involved on this. They picked up last night and todays bill was $500.00 paid in full to get it picked up.

  He contacted me via email is telling me all towing companies charge an administrative fee which isn't correct. When we went in and paid the bill the lady said it was for the officer that come out. We have went to the sheriff and DA and he said he is happy to talk to everyone that everyone charges that at towing companies

  We did complete the tow but you was unable to pay at the drop location!!!!
