    On January 28, 2024, I had a terrible experience at your laundry facility. I used the coin dispenser for change on the right side, but it didn't dispense my money, shorting me $14.50. I began to use your biggest washer, which cost $7.00, stopped working in the middle of a cycle. This forced me to rewash my clothes in another machine, costing me an extra $6.00 that wasn't necessary. Moreover, your 5.50 cent washer showed an error code and wasn't washing my clothes, and I had to rewash them again, losing another $5.50.I have tried to get in contact the management several times, but I have been given the runaround. First, I was told to go to the barber shop by our local community who have same issue's and business is hardly ever open. This is unacceptable, and I demand a refund of wahy was taken of 38.50 and fair treatment. It's not okay to steal hard-earned income from others who are putting their money into your business. This is plain robbery. I was at establishment from 11-5:45. I do have footage and pictures of astablishment conditions and washers/drys on this day. Your business has footage as well for reference of the issue at hand.i suggest a person on call or a on employee. I'm not only person in town with this issue fir many complaints with in the community with same issue's.
