    Dont recommend these properties. The owners will keep your deposit. They will also let roaches be there after telling them multiple times it needs to be exterminated (roaches came from neighbors). They will also let anything that needs maintenance go unfixed. Our fridge and stove both werent working properly, but they did not care about it. 10/10 dont recommend.

Youre leasing company is in charge of what services get completed at your property or the condition of The property when you move in.
