My local water company said I had a leak. After I shut off water at a cutoff in the basement, the water meter was still moving. I determined leak was between meter and house. I called Mt. Juliet Plumbing and Leak Detection and after doing what I had already done, he said it was just a slow leak somewhere in the yard and could not or would not detect where the leak was. He then wanted $350 for leak detection fee. I refused to pay for service NOT rendered. This was his text response after he left:
As discussed on the phone when we talked we do not guarantee successful results for a flat fee the $350 was for a general leak detection. If you come to your senses I might be willing to give you 10% off but if you don't pay though, you ****** me off so bad, I'll sue you to teach your *** a lesson.

You owe us $350.00 *** *****. You're a terrible customer who doesn't pay people you call to your home. This is based on the fact that you have refused to pay us for the services we provided. Complaining on line isn't going to make your plumbing service bill go away. If you do not pay, we'll be forced to file legal documents against you. Have a great day.Review fromDavid S

Came at appointed time. Had excellent knowledge of the problem Gave a good recommendation for restoration
