    Kevin responded to my request to pressure wash and seal my aggregate concrete driveway, front walk and porch within 24 hours. He came to my house and explained in detail the step by step process of pressure cleaning and sealing the concrete including a unique process to fill the cracks. As it turned out my job was initiated and completed on the same day. I was totally impressed with Kevin's knowledge and presentation and with Domingo's experience and expertise in cleaning and sealing the driveway. I am very pleased with the appearance of the driveway with a nice smooth thick coat of brown tinted sealer.

    I had them repair a down spout drain that was clogged or had been crushed (ie nonfunctional ). Because of it’s location it had to be replace. Arduous work which they did efficiently. The dug under a concrete sidewalk. Replaced the drain with new washouts that I did not have before. Great work at what I thought was a fair price. At the end the clean up you could hardly tell any thing was disturbed. Recommend highly.

    Channell did a fantastic job cleaning and painting our deck and gazebo! Their team was careful, punctual, and respectful! We also had Channell clean and repair our large driveway. This involved replacing a couple of cement slabs and filling a large number of cracks. They matched the aggregate very well and after sealing it the new slabs blended in nicely. I truly appreciated Channell’s punctuality and quality service. I highly recommend Channell.
