"I went to see Dr A*** **** at this facility and after a brief chatted and no testing had a cervical surgery that was recommended to fix a small issue I had being assured I'd be able to return to work 2 weeks after surgery, I had complications and way worse off with more issues after surgery I contacted Dr A*** with my concerns and was told is was ok to give it a while after extended my off time at work and contacting his office again with concerns he sent me to therapy after a few weeks going there the PT lady was very concerned and ask if I'd told my Dr W*** I did and he sent me to her. She contacted the Dr and was sent for testing and pain management and after numerous testing was sent to have faucet blocks which took almost a year to complete to find out they don't last." ...
