    Sang & Sons HVAC, has installed all our A/C's my home 2 units, and my business 2 units I spend close to $70k with his company, we have one more unit we need in near future, the owner (Khoi) was friend of mine, I had all my dealings with him, but he decided to open up a seafood restaurant and gave the the A/C business to his brother, well that's what all the problems started, I need service done at home I call them, leave messages, no one returns my call, I had to call them 2 to 3 times, to get service, finally they come and fix the problem but my goodness, its pain to get a tech out, I always ask them to please bill me so I can pay, they never do, I suppose I gave them so much business I thought they're cutting me a slack, well last time one of our shop units fan is not working since install, so my 1st call regarding this issue was from 2-2023, so I called/txt Khoi, no answer time pass by I forgot about the issue, and the other day (6-2024), we had gas fumes in the shop I wanted to run the fans for 10 ton and 5 ton unit, of course I remembered, they never came to fix, so I called 3 times, I talked to Khoi's brother he told me they're book for solid 2 days, he told me that he'll call Khoi to find out what to do, and he had an audacity to tell me we send you a service to your home and did not bill you, I'm like really...why didn't you, I txt and call Khoi to bill me but never did, its one thing that you bill me and I don't pay, I get it, you never billed me, what's up with that, any how, they're still not answering and servicing the unit they installed wrongly, I even told them come fix and bill me so it's fixed...I'm sure I'm not the only one can't get a service or they got ill with me some how some way, one might think if you treat your friend's this way, I wonder how you treat your customer's.
    What a way to end a friendship.
