"Made an appointment to retrieve my belongings out of the car when I got there the car was gone and so was my items I know for a fact was still in the car. They said it was only trash in there which was a lie."

"This is a sorry place to be called a business they are just common thief's I know that having your vehicle repoed no fault to them but where they do hold fault is some of customer service representatives the why they speak to On the phone especially when you I are but nice respectful to them I get it you get talked rude but when you are not being disrespected you shouldn't be that way and also they take items out of your vehicle that they know don't belong to them that's stealing (incase they didn't know) and when ask for a form to file a complaint they tell you that we'll email it to you in which they never do and with that being said that adds lying to their roster I hope that God blesses them soon"
