  I had an excellent experience working with Matthew and Cynthia to get out of my ******* ****** timeshare, and I can't recommend them enough. The maintenance fees were outrageous, and the yearly costs kept climbing. I had already paid $5k toward the principal and almost another $5k in fees and interest on a $15k loan for services I never even got to use.
  If you’re stuck in a timeshare, do yourself a favor and hire Matthew to help get you out—it’s truly effortless with his guidance. He was always available to answer my questions and provided clear, straightforward advice. Cynthia was also a huge asset, helping me organize the paperwork and keeping me informed about the timelines throughout the process. It wasn’t a quick fix, but they were patient, thorough, and made sure everything was handled correctly.
  If you're looking for a way out of a timeshare, don’t hesitate to reach out to Matthew and Cynthia—they’ll make the process as smooth as possible!

  TC Professionals are the best! They are a legitimate organization helping people get out of timeshares and doing it professionally! Any questions we had, they answered. They made it clear all along the process they were for us, which after getting duped with other organizations, it was very reassuring and gave us hope we would really achieve our goal to cancel the timeshare. You can't go wrong with them!

  Everything was going well until I received a foreclosure letter from the Timeshare company which had a specific date which adverse actions would be taken against me unless I respond. I sent the letter to TC Professionals and was told because I had a late payment with them that they were not going to do anything until they receive full payment. I called them and explained my frustrations and was told nothing else could be done. I then contacted whom I believe is the owner (Matthew S****) and requested a new case manager. In an email he stated he left me a voicemail and I should listen to it. I did and returned the call from the number he called me from. His wife answered the phone and said why are you calling this number, I'm going file a lawsuit against you for calling this number and you should be calling the 800 number. I said I was returning Matthew's call and please file a lawsuit on me. Shortly, I received an email from Matthew stating I have to apologize to his wife and another employee there named Cynthia. I was reluctant because his wife was very unprofessional dealing with me but decided to. Unfortunately, I received an email from Matthew S**** stating "Your account has been closed. Your cancellation is refused. You are not eligible for a refund due to your consistent inability and lack of knowledge to follow instructions and inability to make payment." My personal feelings is the owner was pressured by one of his employees, his wife to send those emails!

  *** ****** did not have one late payment - he had 4 failed payments and was extremely difficult to communicate with over the course of the last 5 months. He did not follow instructions for our process and we will not tolerate exceptions for multiple missed payments. We understand there are occasional life circumstances that cause a financial hardship, however they should not placate an attitude of entitlement. Pay for the service and you will receive the service.
