- Additional Info:This company has a pattern of complaint alleging delivery issues and sales practice issues. Specifically, consumers complain that they order products from the company and pay for them but never receive them. Other consumers complain that they order products but once they are received they are broken, incorrect or missing pieces. Even after numerous attempts of contact via phone and email, consumers are still unable to reach the company.
On April 7, 2017, BBB sent certified correspondence to the company to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unresolved and unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.

"These people are total crooks. I paid for an order the first time and somehow they picked up a weird address and mailed it there they claim post office says it never went, but they won’t resend it so then I was foolish enough to order and pay for it again and still they have not made the order, we’re talking now eight months in progress you can’t talk to anybody and nobody will answer you back on emails." ...
