I visited game terminal tonight because we had an igloo reservation. We were told over the phone that the reservation would be honored even though it was raining. When we arrived we were told that we would have to sit inside and still pay $200 for the reservation. We spoke with the manager Anna who was rude and short with us. She refused to do anything and ended the conversation by walking away. I asked if we could reschedule and I was told we can but we would have to pay for another reservation deposit. Anna was extremely unprofessional and her customer service was poor.

We are sorry you perceived your experience this way. Due to a tornado warning all over Davidson county and surrounding areas, we had to close our outside patio for safety reasons. We offered you a round of drinks and a cozy indoor lounge but you declined and stated that you would like to still be outside. We are not able to accommodate things that when they can be deemed dangerous, and a tornado is as dangerous as it gets. We have video footage and sound of your encounter with Anna, we are aware of the situation and how it was handle. We apologize for your experience but there was nothing else we could have done due to Mother Nature.

If you have video and recording then you can hear when I asked to reschedule. You can see how rude Anna was. The issue wasn’t the weather the issue was we weren’t going to pay $200 to sit inside of a loud game room when we reserved a private area. Also, we were told on the phone that the igloos were still operating before we arrived. As I stated your manager Anna needs to be trained on customer service as she was rude and per the video you have she ended the conversation by walking away. I will continue to stand my ground. We did not want a round of drinks we wanted to reschedule and that wasn’t an option. Please do better in future interactions with customers!
