    Scam artist hired David K*** aka Punchlist in 2020 during pandemic to build up on my garage, He left me stranded 2/3 through and took over 15k. FYI He now has a construction company Adullam
    I should have taken action and I didn't. I have everything documented including a voice memo of our last meeting. I've just been scammed again by another contractor so it made me go back to look and see what david was up to also. I may look into statue of limitations regarding this.

    Scam artists. I paid for some handyman work, which they carefully documented with photos.
    However, they are now trying to saw I authorized additional work. They have no evidence I authorized it or that the work was completed (I did not, and it was not). Yet, they keep harassing me and just sent a demand letter.

    I hired this company to do a complete home renovation,owners name is David K*** .Everything was going well in the beginning , all of a sudden I started notice certain things .One incident were a gun I had stored in the top of a closet came of missing,I made a David aware of this issue ,he stated he asked his workers about this and of course the workers said they didn’t see a gun(of course) they didn’t. I would come to the home on several occasions, no one was there working at all .I felt that Mr. K*** had too many other jobs he was working on and that he would just come to my home as needed. When the workers finally decided to show up.I’d make it a priority to show up at the home and notice at the end of the night my home was left unlocked on several occasions. I brought this to Mr. K**** attention,he md his employees aware but again this kept becoming an issue .I agreed upon a full kitchen cabinetry.Cabinets were partially left up.I kept asking David how long it would be until my cabinets came in I kept getting told 3 weeks .I finally asked him for the contact information for the cabinets so that I could verity on my own.I called verified and was told that the cabinets wasn’t even orders due to the company needing more information color etc. I was having issue with the flooring that was done in the kitchen being to thick .I kept making David aware of this issue, to only keep being told that’s how the house flooring was made.I had received a second option from another contractor and was told that was not the case .The guys that installed the flooring didn’t remove the flooring underneath b4 install the flooring. I had other issues as well electrical that could’ve started a house fire, plumbing issues tile issues in bathroom.I ended up firing this company and now I’m having to hire other contractors to finish the incompleted work I still have no KITCHEN .The paint wasn’t completed .He owes me for the reimbursement items I am out of 107k. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.BEWARE
