I submitted a request to conduct an International Credential Evaluation for the CPA Examination for $225 on November 17, 2023. Additionally, I was asked to pay $200 for an Additional Education Evaluation service by NASBA to obtain permission to access my academic transcripts from my university. However, on December 1, 2023, Hannah K***, an International Education Verification Specialist, emailed me, stating that my university declined to provide the academic transcripts to the third party. Consequently, I requested a refund of $200 for the uncompleted additional service. On January 21, I received the score evaluation report; however, some units were incorrect. Therefore, I sent a request for a re-evaluation and attached all the unit outlines for them to make the necessary amendments. Despite my attempts to contact NASBA for over two months, I have yet to receive any response from them.

I submitted an initial examination request on August 16th and its now November 1st and I STILL have have not gotten a email response from NASBA. Ive been waiting to take the BEC exam and currently waiting for NASBA to verify my initial examination request. I tried calling them numerous times and they either don't answer or leave me on hold for 30 minutes at a time with no help. I have also tried emailing them multiple times and have gotten no responses as well. This is getting ridiculous.
